LEGACY

This tightly spun 100% Superwash Merino / 2 ply high twist / 18 wpi yarn was our initial hand-dyed base, first crafted over 10 years ago.  Our initial base has changed slightly, and we have now finished dyeing our "legacy" stock.  

Historically, we have dyed OOAK (One Of A Kind) colorways.  Our customers have gotten excited knowing their project will not look exactly like anyone else's.  We will be adding repeatable colorways in the near future on the incoming base - look for those by name.  The Legacy line has all been re-skeined, and since most of the yarn was hand-painted there could be micro-striping, if knitting socks.

In addition to knitting socks and lace shawls, our customers have used this yarn for crochet, needlework, tassel making, braiding, jewelry, paper-art embellishments, and multi-media endeavors.

Classic - 3.5 oz / 100 g  |  420 yd / 384 m skein
